Shipping & Delivery
Ruggable offers shipping through FedEx, with available options and rates shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous U.S., excluding handling fees calculated separately at checkout.

Ruggable offers standard shipping and, on select eligible products, express shipping. If express shipping is available for your order, it will appear as an option during checkout.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. No promo code is required.
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or handling fees. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Orders & Payments
After your order is placed, you can use our Order Tracker to check where your order is in the production process. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
You can also sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to receive delivery notifications, request a package hold, update delivery instructions, and more.
Because Ruggable products are made to order, cancellations must be made before shipping:
Within 1 Hour: Cancel instantly using the Cancel Order button on your order confirmation or checkout status page.
After 1 Hour: Contact Customer Care at [email protected] to see if your order can still be cancelled before production.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Ruggable gift cards, store credit, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and flexible payment options through Afterpay and Klarna.
Every Ruggable order includes shipping protection for lost packages or products damaged in transit.

Yes, Ruggable E-Gift Cards can be purchased online and used on Ruggable.com. Please note that physical gift cards are not available.
E-Gift Cards do not expire, are non-refundable, and cannot be canceled or returned.
Yes, they absolutely can! You can apply a promotional discount code to your order at checkout and use your E-Gift Card to pay for the remaining balance.
Yes. Taxes are calculated based on the delivery address and applicable federal, state, provincial, or harmonized sales tax rates. If you make a purchase from Canada, you agree that you are the Importer of Record for all products shipped to you and are ultimately the party responsible for paying any customs duties or other fees and taxes associated with products crossing the border into Canada
Yes. Ruggable offers a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for eligible products purchased through Ruggable.com.

To file a warranty claim, email [email protected] with your proof of purchase and at least three images of the item. Additional images may be required depending on the issue.
