Eligible Ruggable.com purchases can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Before starting an exchange, please note:
Minor pet hair, signs of washing, and everyday use are considered normal wear and tear and are still acceptable to be exchanged.
Items damaged beyond normal wear and tear may not qualify for an exchange.
Exchanges can only be completed once per order.
Discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
If your new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Two-Piece Rug Systems must be exchanged together, including both the Rug Cover and Rug Pad.
Products marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Ruggable Spot Cleaner & Stain Remover and Sample Swatches are also considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Only items purchased directly from Ruggable.com are eligible for exchange through Ruggable. If your item was purchased through a third-party retailer or website, please contact the original seller directly.
