Do not use a sharp object to cut open the Pillow Insert bag. Open the bag with your hands to help prevent damage to the insert.
The Pillow Insert may be compressed during shipping. Allow up to 24 hours for it to fully expand before assembling.
Open the Insert Bag: Carefully open the Pillow Insert bag by hand. Do not use scissors, knives, or other sharp objects.
Let the Insert Expand: Remove the Pillow Insert from the bag and allow it to expand. It may take up to 24 hours to reach its full shape.
Fluff the Insert: Use your hands to fluff the Pillow Insert before placing it inside the cover.
Insert Into the Cover: Place the Pillow Insert inside the Pillow Cover, making sure the insert fills all four corners.
Zip the Cover: Zip the Pillow Cover closed and adjust the pillow until it looks full and even.
Assembly Tips
Pillow still looks compressed? Give the insert more time to expand, then fluff it by hand.
Corners look uneven? Push the insert into each corner of the cover, then smooth and fluff the pillow into shape.
Using a non-Ruggable insert? Ruggable Pillow Covers are compatible with non-Ruggable pillow inserts. Follow the same assembly steps, making sure the insert fills all four corners before zipping the cover closed.
