When will my order ship?

Our products are made to order just for you! We typically expect your order to ship within 2 to 3 weeks.

What is your policy on exchanges?

For Ruggable products, you may exchange your product within 30 days of the delivery date at no extra cost if you are residing in the U.S. At this moment, we do not offer exchanges for customers residing outside the U.S. Please see our full exchange policy for more details.

What is your policy on returns?

Eligible Ruggable products purchased from ruggable.com can be returned for a full refund (minus a processing fee per item) within 30 days of the delivery date. Please see our full return policy for more details.

I made a mistake - how do I make a change to my order?
