Shipping protection covers lost packages and products that arrive damaged due to transit.
Shipping protection does not cover cosmetic damage to the outer shipping packaging if the product itself is not damaged.
Missing Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:
Wait 48 Hours: Carriers may mark packages as delivered before the package arrives.
Check Nearby Delivery Areas: Look around secure drop zones, mailrooms, porches, neighbors, or building management.
Contact Customer Care: If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us to start a claim.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, contact Customer Care so we can review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or free return.
