Our products are made-to-order and can take up to 1 week to be made (during holidays and sales, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be made). Once your order is made, please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for delivery by our shipping partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your order details and tracking information.

We use FedEx for shipping our packages.

Packaging varies by the size of the rug and the number of items ordered. We ship the following rug sizes in the following box dimensions: 3’x5’ and 2.5’x7’ Rug Systems in a 36” x 6” x 6” box, 5’x7’ Rug System in a 61” x 6” x 6” box, 6’x9’ Rug System in a 73” x 7” x 7” box, 8’ x 10’ Rug System in a 97” x 7” x 7” box, a small Rug Cover only in a 16” x 12” x 4” box, and a large Rug Cover only in a 24” x 16” x 4” box.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different design, color-way or size, the best option is to return your unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund and place a new order.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation. If your order has already been shipped, it is outside the cancellation window, and your order will be subject to our Returns Policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow order modifications. Free Shipping applies to standard ground shipping and handling within the U.S., EXCLUDING Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes (including APO and FPO) or to the U.S. Territories.
