    Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged.  

    All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a Ruggable customer service rep. Please email customer service at customerservice@ruggable.com to request a FedEx shipping label to send your item(s) back.  Be sure to include the reason for your return/exchange.

    The return shipping fees are paid for by the customer. Once product is received by us in undamaged condition, we will issue refund for your purchase less return shipping fees. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded. 

    Please allow up to six (6) weeks from date your item is received for processing your return and credit from your financial institution. 

    Exchange Policy 

    Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be undamaged.

    All exchanges must be authorized by a Ruggable customer service rep. Please contact customer service at customerservice@ruggable.com or call 1-877-784-4225 to request a FedEx shipping label to send your item(s) back and to get assistance placing a replacement order. 

    The return shipping fees of the unwanted item and the outbound shipping fee of the exchange items are paid for by the customer. 

    Item Condition Policy for Returns / Exchanges:

    1. Must be undamaged and unwashed
    2. Free of pet dander / fur and animal waste
    3. Free of any visible dirt or signs of wear, use, tear, and/or wash
    4. Return item must be shipped back in original packaging or packaging similar to original packaging that can prevent the rugs from damages while being transported

    If your return item does not meet above criteria, there will be an additional 25% damage fee applied. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.

    We do not accept returns and exchanges for damaged items that resulted from lack of proper care. Please read our Care Instruction Page (Click Here for Link) for details about how to best care for your Ruggable. 

     

    Customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico 

    We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico unless items are shipped back to our warehouse by the customer.

    Products purchased at a third party website or retailer

    If you have purchased Ruggable at a third party website or retailer, please contact the customer service department at the store of the purchase.
