Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged.
All returns must be authorized by a Ruggable customer service rep. Please email customer service at email@example.com to request a FedEx shipping label to send your item(s) back. Be sure to include the reason for your return.
The return shipping fees are paid for by the customer. Once product is received by us in undamaged condition, we will issue the refund for your purchase less return shipping fees. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Please allow up to six (6) weeks from the date your item is received for processing your return and receiving the refund.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different colorway or size, the best option is to return your unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund and place a new order.
Item Condition Policy for Returns:
- Must be undamaged and unwashed
- Free of pet dander/fur and animal waste
- Free of any visible dirt or signs of wear, use, tear, and/or wash
- Return item must be shipped back in original packaging or packaging similar to original packaging that can prevent the rugs from damages while being transported
If your return item does not meet the above criteria, there will be an additional 25% damage fee applied. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
We do not accept returns for damaged items that resulted from lack of proper care. Please read our Care Instruction Page (Click Here for Link) for details about how to best care for your Ruggable.
Customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
We regret that we cannot accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico unless items are shipped back to our warehouse by the customer.
Products purchased at a third party website or retailer
If you have purchased Ruggable at a third party website or retailer, please contact the customer service department at the store of the purchase.
