Any items purchased from can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping fees) within 30 days of the delivery date. 

To receive a full refund, items MUST be returned with:

  • NO pet dander or fur
  • NO dirt or grass
  • NO signs of wear, washing, or improper care
  • NO damage or stains

All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded. 

Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team via email at with your order number, the reason(s) for your return, and to request a shipping label(s) for your item(s).

Returns Processing Time & Fees

Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for processing your return and an additional 2-3 business days to receive your refund.

For Customers residing in the Continental US: We charge a $20 shipping fee for just Rug Covers and a $25 shipping fee for both Rug Systems (cover & pad) and Rug Pads.

For Customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada:  At this time, we regret that we cannot issue return shipping labels BUT we can and do accept returns from these locations as long as the customer contacts our Customer Care team for authorization and provides his/her own label and tracking information.

We are currently working with our carriers to be able to provide return shipping labels for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada and hope to do so in the near future!


We currently do not support exchanges. If you would like to modify an existing order please contact Customer Care via email at to cancel your order if it has not been processed or to initiate a return of your unwanted item(s) and then place a new, separate order for your desired items. 

Final Sale Items

All Sample Sale Item(s) and Sample Swatches are final sale and not eligible for return.

Items Purchased from Third Party Retailers

Only item(s) purchased directly from can be returned to Ruggable. If you purchased your Ruggable item(s) from a third party website or retailer, please contact the third party vendor to process your return.
