All items purchased from Ruggable.com may be returned for a full refund (less return shipping fees) WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of delivery.

In order to receive a refund, items MUST be returned with:

  • NO pet dander or fur
  • NO dirt or grass
  • NO signs of wear or washing
  • NO damage or stains

Any item(s) returned in a condition that makes the item(s) no longer sellable as ‘NEW’ will NOT BE ACCEPTED and no refund will be issued.

How to Return an Item

All returns must be authorized by a Ruggable customer support representative.

To initiate a return, PLEASE EMAIL US at Support@Ruggable.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and to request a shipping label(s) for your item(s).

Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport.

Please note, prior to issuing a refund, RETURN SHIPPING FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED from the original sale price.

Returns Processing Time & Fees

Once your item(s) is received at our facility, please allow up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS for processing your return and receiving your refund.

Improper Care

We do not accept returns for damaged items that resulted from lack of proper care. Please read our Care & Washability Page for details about how to best care for your Ruggable item(s).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different design, color, or size, contact Support@Ruggable.com to initiate a return of your unwanted item(s) and place a new, separate order for your desired items.

Customers residing in Alaska and Hawaii, and International Customers 

The customer must provide the return shipping label for items purchased in Alaska, Hawaii or internationally. Please contact our Customer Support team to initiate the return authorization process.

Final Sale Items

All Sample Sale Item(s) and Sample Swatches are final sale and not eligible for return.

Items Purchased from Third Party Retailers

Only item(s) purchased directly from Ruggable.com can be returned to Ruggable. If you purchased your Ruggable item(s) from a third party website or retailer, please contact the third party vendor to process your return.
