3 Tips for Hosting a Hassle-Free Holiday Party

The holidays are finally here! If you’re fumbling to figure out how to decorate and host your guests - no need to get your tinsel in a tangle because we have you covered! Here are 3 very easy tips for any host who is ready to impress:

1. Be Mindful of Sounds & Smells: The holidays are best remembered for its sights and tastes, but make sure you don’t forget about the acoustics and aromas! A subtle way to impress is to put on some ambient music - not too loud and not too soft. It will spark conversation and get everyone in the mood for the holidays! Light some candles of vanilla and cinnamon before your guests arrive - the scents will add warmth to your space and complement that glorious roasted Turkey.

2. Change Your Ruggable: If you have a Ruggable, one simple thing to do is to switch your rug cover with one from our newest collection. Get everybody in the spirit with our holiday inspired rugs like the Buffalo Plaid, or add a touch of elegance to your party with a rug from our new Persian collection. To top it off, with Ruggable, you won’t have to fret at all when you or your guests inevitably spill gravy, cranberry sauce and yes - champagne.

3. Take Care of the Essentials: Hosting a party is about comfort as well - make sure you are prepared with the essential party needs! For the bathroom, that means clean towels, enough soap and definitely don’t forget about increasing that toilet paper supply. For the dining and living rooms, stock up on napkins and as extra credit, put some water stations at various points of your house / apartment so people can always stay hydrated.

Now put that Turkey in the oven, enjoy a glass of wine before your guests arrive and voila! Your friends and family will surely be talking about this party for years to come!

lDo you have any pictures with bedroom rugs…. under the bed and extending out? I prefer the blues and soft greens. How do you wash the largest rugs ( 8 × 10) I think.

I ordered two of your rugs in July but never took them out of the box just recently. So I think I missed my opportunity to leave a review. So I just want to tell you that I love it. The smartest idea ever. They are really gorgeous and easy to take care of. At the time of the remodeling the persian type was not available so I am sure that will be my next purchase.

Just received my first ruggable. Sooo pleased with color and quality. Thinking of larger to go on gray planked tile floor. Could I get sample for color matching?
